  Location was perfect – lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate neighbourhood. It was away from the main tourist areas of Venice so felt relaxed and pleasant yet only 10 minutes walk from them. Loved the little balcony to watch the comings and goings on the canal. Lovely big apartment – great for kids to each have their own space to sleep.

  It was a very nice apartment, very clean, nice bathroom and beds. Location was out of the crowds which was nice and very picturesque on a small canal.
  
  What could be improved: Could have used a more modern coffee maker. We did figure out the Moka pot though!

  The pictures do not do this room justice! It was more spacious than we’d believed it to be. Our kids loved having their own space and enjoyed the nooks above their beds. The room is located within walking distance of everything and the canal out the little balcony is beautiful and very picturesque. The AC hadn’t been turned on yet and we couldn’t find the remote. A quick message to the owner and we had the remote and got it running. It was cool enough in the evening not to need it but a bit warm without it during the day. The rental was spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Owners are very good with communication and information.
  
  What could be improved: We ran out of toilet paper our last day and there was no coffee in the room. We had our own coffee mix we’d purchased earlier in our travels so this wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to use the moka.

  Everything was exceptionally clean and the flat was. We'll stocked. The information provided was excellent. The location with the balcony overlooking the canal was a major plus.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was a little disappointing the water pressure was pretty poor.

  What a lovely place, the pictures are not fair with this apartment. Is spacious, clean and the balcony looking over the canal is simply beautiful!
