The terrace mentioned in the hotel’s name isn’t just marketing speak either; some rooms really do have these lovely outdoor spaces where you can have your morning coffee while watching the city wake up. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, and honestly, after spending days walking around Venice, you’ll appreciate having a comfortable bed and a quiet space to recharge.

Actually, one of the best meals I had in Venice was at a tiny osteria they suggested, just a five-minute walk away.   What could be improved: Although the apartment is great… the entrance of the building is through their storage, not welcoming at all. The door lock is also very inconvenient to find from the inside and outdated. I feel these are very easy things to fix and surprised that the owners haven't done anything about it. Very lazy 🙂

  Fabulous property….beautifully decorated. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, close San Samuele water bus stop. Centrally located for St Marks Square and Rialto. AC excellent. Met by hosts and taken to apartment. Organised our transfers too.

  Nos encantó, ha sido un viaje de familia con personas mayores y a pesar de las escaleras el alojamiento es muy cómodo con baños en cada habitación, cuidado, bonito y limpio.

  What could be improved: Leider hat der über den Vermieter gebuchte Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft nicht wie geplant funktioniert. Wir erhielten eine Entschuldigung und damit war die Sache für uns ok.
