Here’s what I really loved about the location — you can walk to San Marco in about 20 minutes if you know the shortcuts, but you’re also perfectly positioned to explore the northern islands. Murano is just a quick vaporetto ride away, and the Fondamenta delle Zattere walk along the water is one of those hidden Venice experiences that guidebooks somehow miss. The area feels safe to wander at night too, which matters when you’re trying to find that perfect dinner spot down some narrow calle. Accessibility to major attractions combined with proximity to quieter areas makes this location ideal.

  loved how clean and comfortable it was, very neat and everything working as expected. loved the bath, though the shower had pretty weak water pressure, but a lovely bathroom regardless
  
  had everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen, some oil, salt, pepper was available as well as coffee and some tea. The little terrace was a nice private spot for some fresh air with breakfast as well.

  La posizione è ottima per i trasporti. Se amate i letti di ferro, le travi, le lampade in stile, le tende ricamate, i giardini è proprio per voi… Ambiente tranquillo, dal canale uno non si immagina neppure possa esserci questo vialetto verde nascosto. Bagno bello e funzionale, con ottimi prodotti, presenza di olio, té, aceto, sale, caffè con la moka (più di una, in realtà…). I proprietari, gentilissimi, so sono fatti in quattro per risolvere a velocità lampo, sera di prefestivo e Halloween, un problema tecnico indipendente dalla loro volontà (operai che avevano staccato il gas…)
  
  What could be improved: Niente, ci tornerei… Spero che, visto il numero di appartamenti nel complesso, si riesca a sostituire la serratura del cancello sul canale, un po' antipatica se si è di fretta (ma non è un grosso problema, visto l'ingresso alternativo sul retro…). Poi, ormai si sa che io non vedo bene i piumini, pur capendone le ragioni, ma questa è una mia idiosincrasia…

  Ground floor apartment was very warm and cozy. Very clean. Betti is a friendly host. No issues with check in and check out. Great location 15 min walk from bus station. Iron and hair dryer was provided. Good kitchen facilities.

  Terrasse et jardin privatif. Notre labrador a été accueilli sans supplément. Endroit très calme à deux pas des arrêts de Vaporetto Créa et Tre Archi. Idéalement placé pour se rendre au Lido ou à Saint Marc depuis les lignes 5.1 et 5.2.
  Milo notre contact sur place était très ponctuel et très serviable.

  Ideal and quiet place for relaxing, window are on the north side, so there is cool and no need for air condition.

  The location was very good, near to railway station and vaporetto stops. Everything was in walk distance, and the apartment was very quiet and had it's own small terrace.

  La posizione è ottima. Il complesso che ospita l'appartamento ha accesso da due vie, ad est e ovest quindi è possibile utilizzare l'uno o l'altro ingresso a seconda che ci si voglia trovare più vicini alla stazione Santa Lucia o già nel cuore di Cannaregio. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima.
  
  What could be improved: Dalle foto disponibili non avevamo capito che si trattasse di un unico ambiente, cioè i quattro posti letto (matrimoniale e divano letto) sono divisi solo da una libreria a giorno. Il bagno è nuovo come tutto il resto, ma la doccia si deve fare nella vasca e sarebbe stata più comoda la parete di vetro anziché la tenda
