  This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed for the following reasons:
  1) Location is unbeatable, in a central part of Venice, easily reachable (even on foot) from Piazale Roma or the train station, at walking distance to almost all the sites of Venice, near a "main" street full of restaurants, shops, bars etc. but still not noisy.
  2) Very well appointed apartment, comfortable beds/furniture, very clean and very nicely decorated.
  3) The fridge and pantry were filled with food enough for our family of 4 to have a big breakfast for each of the 3 days we stayed in the apartment. Everything was carefuly selected and was very tasty. This made the apartment very good value as brekafast for 4 people for 3 days in Venice can be quite expensive.
  4) Very good communication with the owners from the moment we made the booking until we left.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was almost perfect, but here is a small suggestion:
  On the day of checking in, by accident, we did not receive the entry code. When we reached the apartment we couldn't get in and I couldn't reach the owner. Fortunately he contacted us half an our later and provided the code. I suggest to check if you have received the entry code on the morning of the check-in date and if not to contact the owner. Do not wait until you reach the apartment.
  We highly recommend Blue George apartment which receives our 10/10 score.

  The apartment was fantastic, excellent location, minutes front the vaporetto stop and walking distance to Rialto Bridge and main sights. There was an excellent provision of breakfast items from cereals to yoghurt and choice of milk, tea and coffee. We will definitely be back and look forward to returning to the apartment!
  
  What could be improved: It was difficult to operate the door locks on the front door and the apartment door.

  Well located in Venise (you can walk to almost any places in less than 15 min)
  Provided a lot of things to make your own breakfast in the fridge and snacks in jars.
  Having a separate room for adults was definitely a plus.
  We loved the decoration and state of the apartment.
  The air conditioning gave us a fresh feel when getting back in the evening or during the day.
  Great communication from owners.
  
  What could be improved: Minor things like:
  AC is a little bit noisy (and irregular), it seems recent but a little bit cheap.
  Too much « home fragrance » in our opinion. I guess Venise is sometimes coming with a smell, but that was a little bit too much.
  Having to take out the trash was not really expected given the price paid. It’s not far but it adds stress for the checkout.

  The property was stocked with everything we needed but also neat, not cluttered, and great decor. The breakfast offerings on site were very nice to have so we didn’t need to worry about finding food first thing. The lodgings slept my husband, myself and two teenagers perfectly. Easy to catch a vaporetto/water taxi to the train with a stop very close by.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Great location and we loved it!!
