Ca Cici Venice loft apartment Overview
First Impressions
Walking through the narrow streets of Castello to find Ca Cici Venice loft apartment, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a three-star place in Venice — you know how hit-or-miss these converted apartments can be. But stepping inside, I was genuinely surprised by how thoughtfully this space has been designed. The loft feels authentically Venetian without trying too hard, and there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which I really appreciated after seeing so many over-the-top tourist traps in the city.
Location & Neighborhood
The Castello district is where Ca Cici Venice loft apartment really shines — and I mean, couples have rated this location incredibly highly, which makes total sense once you’re here. You’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos but still close enough to everything that matters. The Arsenale is practically around the corner, and you can walk to St. Mark’s Square in about ten minutes without fighting through the worst crowds. What I loved most was discovering the local bacari (wine bars) that locals actually frequent — there’s this tiny place two streets over where I had some of the best cicchetti of my entire trip.
The Loft Experience
The apartment itself feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed Venice home than a typical hotel room. The loft design makes clever use of the space — high ceilings that actually let you breathe, and windows that frame those classic Venetian views you came here for. I was impressed by how quiet it stays despite being in the heart of the city; the thick walls of these old buildings really do their job. The kitchen area is compact but functional, which honestly saved me money since Venice restaurants can drain your budget pretty quickly.
Practical Comforts
Here’s what actually matters when you’re staying somewhere: the Wi-Fi works reliably (crucial for planning your daily Venice adventures), the shower has decent water pressure, and the bed is comfortable enough that you’ll actually get good sleep. The heating system works well too — Venice can get surprisingly chilly, especially in the shoulder seasons. There’s enough storage space for a week’s worth of clothes, and the little touches like good lighting for reading and proper blackout options show that someone understands what travelers need.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.6 rating isn’t just a fluke — Ca Cici Venice loft apartment delivers on the promise of an authentic Venice experience without the tourist markup you’d expect. It’s the kind of place where you can make coffee in the morning, plan your day without rushing to check out, and come back in the evening to decompress like you’re actually living in Venice for a while. The location gives you easy access to both the must-see sights and the hidden corners that make Venice magical, and honestly, for a three-star property, it punches well above its weight in terms of comfort and character.
Early hotels booking in Venice secures balcony seats for Vogalonga regattas and torchlit basilica tours.

Zeer attente en behulpzame gastvrouw! Buitengewoon comfortabel appartement, brandschoon. De locatie is super, erg rustig en toch in de buurt van alle voorzieningen. Prima restaurantjes, parkjes, waterbus en de mooie lagune vlakbij.
