  Very comfortable apartment with an excellent location very close to a main vaperetto stop with direct access to the airport, main train station, Murano and Burano which runs until late. Beds are super comfortable with a small but very workable kitchen. Situated in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing except we weren't asked for the city tax until the night before we were due to leave which was inconvenient. I would have rather have got that but of administrative business out of the way first.

  Perfect location in a quiet area of Venice. Only a few minutes walk to the boats that leave for day trips to the islands, and five/ten minutes to local restaurants, shops, attractions etc. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having the balcony to eat breakfast on.
  
  What could be improved: On arrival the cleaner was still there and asked us to return in a couple of hours. This wasn't a problem for my friend and I who went out to explore the city, but worth noting.

  Completely touch less transaction but the owner was available on WhatsApp. (I had a data esim, so that was convenient)
  
  What could be improved: The instructions around the lock app and lock number needs simplification. The process to enter is really simpler than it reads.
  A word about the two buttons on the inside of the building doors to the right should be added. The first time I had trouble finding them and ended up walking in the dark up the stairs.

  Location is excellent. Once you get your bearings you find its perfectly placed a few minutes from the centre of Venice but in an area that's a bit quieter. Everything you need is nearby, supermarket, restaurant and bars all within 5 minute walk.

  The location was great. The little balcony was a plus. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was small but had everything one needs to cook. Luisa was very nice to let us leave our bags in the apartment upon check out, to pick up later. Thank you we had a great time.

  We traveled with three children and two adults. Luisa is a caring host, she was in touch with us before and during our stay. The flat was sparkling clean and is definitely very comfortable. Basic amenities were provided but a well stocked supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the property so that you can cook your own meals since the kitchen is well equipped. I liked the location, very quiet and less touristic than other areas but just 10 minutes away from Rialto Bridge.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really, everything was perfect if not for the mosquitoes so take a good repellent with you and you are good to go!
