  Lovely loft in a quiet but very centric location in Venice – everything was perfectly reachable on foot. Good communication with host made it easy to find the property, get the keys and enter the apartment. It felt secure too. Lovely refurbishment work done on the shower. The mini kitchenette had everything necessary for basic cooking. The bed is comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The general heating system of the apartment did not seem to be efficient even when putting the maximum temperature of heating, it still felt chilly

  The host was very kind, not only she gave us a tour of the apartment but also gave us recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores near by. Really appreciated it! Also due to the train from Munich was delayed, she was willing to meet us at 9:30pm.
  The kitchen is well designed, we are able to make several breakfast while we are staying there and the dishwasher is a great bonus.
  The AC that has a dehumidify feature and wash machine made laundry very easy, we were able to wash and dry our clothes everyday. The apartment has plenty of hangers and 2 drying rack. Very well thought out!
  The apartment is right next to a canal too and you can see fish at night, really cool!
  
  What could be improved: Just a small suggestion, it would be nice to add a toiletry rack in the shower, so we can put our shampoo, conditioner and soaps up high and not on the ground.

  Loft San Stae was absolutely perfect. The location was great we were near everything and water bus station was too near. We were able to walk around and see the Venice canals. The Loft was very clean cozy and comfortable we had everything we needed. Margarita's hospitality was amazing. We will come back again for sure!
