  We liked everything! The appartment was really nice, the location is great. We had a wonderful time in Venice!

  In general the apartment is great. It is located in the middle of the city, well equiped and has a nice charm. The host met us near vaporetto and showed everything. We spent a couple of lovely days there.
  
  What could be improved: Pictures here look better than the appartment in reality. In fact, it is more warn and oldish. So the price might be smaller.

  it was spacious, the air conditioning was very welcome!
  The small roof terrace was a nice bonus to spend some evening time. The location couldn’t have been better – very central and in a quiet street. Matteo was super helpful and friendly, good breakfast and restaurant recommendations!

  We had the most gracious young lady meet us at the dock and help us navigate Venice upon arrival, suggesting restaurants and places to see. We could not have had a warmer welcome. Views on Venice ensured we reached our destination promptly and easily without any hiccups with communication prior to arrival and consistent calls until we met our host. Lovely company to deal with all around! We loved the quiet street we stayed on and felt like we got to truly experience Venice in our short stay with the fabulous restaurants 2 min away and amazing Italian deli down the street. We purchased meats, cheeses and wine from the deli to enjoy private happy hours on the apartment terrace. Everything was charming and spacious. It's a quirky apartment but the interesting parts about it made our stay feel all the more authentic. The views are all the rooflines, no water, but we enjoyed it immensely. The bed was comfortable. 3 well rested nights were achieved here by the two of us.
  
  What could be improved: Lots and lots of stairs. This was the end of a 10 night adventure in Spain and Italy, and the 3 nights we stayed here were lovely. The apartment is old, as is everything in Venice, but having the space and terrace was perfect for us, having stayed in hotels prior to here. The stairs were tough arriving and departing with luggage but otherwise no big deal. You do have to mind your way around the bedroom with the slanted ceilings, but it was quaint and clean and not truly a negative. The wood beams add such charm. The sofa cushions slide off the sofa! Again, not a big deal for us since we spent little time sitting there. We loved this apartment.

  it was easy to reach, simple check-in, easy leaving. but gor a group of friends would never recommend. not private enough
  
  What could be improved: – the fridge is not really clean and we were lucky we didn’t have to use it.
  – the worst if your travelling with friends: the bathroom is tiny, NO proper doors!! very simple like closet doors, pretty bad or non ventilation

  Really liked the location, nice terrace, very nice living room. Very quick communication with host.
  Lovely restaurants around and easy getting to the place by boat #2.
  
  What could be improved: The centralized heater was not working (maintenance came but told us they cant fix it during out stay) the local heaters in each room sometimes worked, sometimes did not.
  Dishwasher doesnt work well.
  shower is not safe. glass wall covers about 2/3 of the tub so to get in you have to carefully get into 1/3 of the available space, nothing to hold on to.
