Actually, I’d recommend skipping it some days and wandering to one of the nearby cafes for a proper Italian coffee and cornetto — you’re in Venice, after all. The staff is genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations, which matters more than you might think when you’re navigating Venice’s maze-like streets. They seem to understand that guests want insider tips, not just tourist trap suggestions.

  What could be improved: 公寓在高樓層無電梯，要自己提行李上五樓，接待員工拒絕幫忙。接待員要求入住即交城市稅，不信任住客。

  What could be improved: It’s on the 4th floor without a lift. This isn’t indicated in the listing. It is very difficult to drag luggage up and down. A short grocery run ends up being a stressful event. We aren’t built as athletes. I feel this should have been clearly communicated and not dropped as a surprise at the last moment when checking in.

  Perfect location very close to Museums, Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's square. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, suitable for families. As I am a fan of cars and used to read a lot of automotive magazines, I really liked the fact that in the flat you will find many magazines of that type from the '80s and '90s. It was really a very pleasant surprise for me.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing bad to mention, we were all very happy with the apartment. I strongly recommend.

  What could be improved: Kitchen could be more equipped with everyday things such as paper towels and cleaning cloths. Some basic things for cooking were missing. There was only 1 sheet available for 2 friends sharing the double bed, no blankets at all.
  A personal belonging was left in a drawer of a bedside table, however cleaning lady did not find anything :((

  The location was amazing, near the Rialto Bridge so always easy to find. Lots of room, very large kitchen/dining area and large living room. The option for 3 beds if you include the sofa bed. Lots of windows and a view of tiled roof tops. All in all a good stay.
  
  What could be improved: A few things would have made the place more homey: kitchen hand towels, napkins, paper towels, dust pan, kitchen shears, oven mits and wine glasses (there was one). The light over the kitchen stove didn't work. And we ran out of toilet paper before the end of our stay. Not deal breakers but would have made for a more homey, comfortable stay. The thing I really didn't like was that the trash was collected the morning before we left so we had to figure out what to do with the remaining trash at check out. Also the stairs are a killer though I did get a cardio work out with them.

  Amazing location, beautiful, inviting property, Francesco was wonderful (with a very late check in!), excellent facilities, overall wish we had stayed longer! Would happily stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: We liked everything about the apartment, but not the many stairs leading up to the apartment. A dryer also would be a great addition with the washer.
