  Just perfect. Spent 4 nights here to visit the biennale art exhibition. The feeling of home away from home, which we appreciate. Dog friendly. Ideal location, quiet, but close to everything, like vaparetto, birreria at Campo San Polo, bakery at San Toma. Good bed, balconies, kitchen, etc. Thanks to Mariana for picking us up from the vaparetto. Easy communications. We will try to stay here again when we come back to town. To be recommended for anyone who can walk the stairs to the top floor.

  Excellent location on a quiet street one minute's walk from the Ca' Silvestro vaporetto. Well-equipped kitchen and miscellaneous useful things, such as a sewing kit. There is a grocery right around the corner. We did not use the terrace due to rain, but it would have been nice in good weather. It's a residential house, for those wanting and enjoying quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The second bed is a convertible sofa in the living area, great for someone who likes a firm mattress; that was a bit unclear from the description. The location on the 3rd floor meant a lot of stairs.

  The location is very close to the vaporetto station, which was a great advantage if you wanted to see as much as possible in 3 days. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The host also gave us all the details we needed about transport and other facilities. There are two terraces where you can stay outside and enjoy the atmosphere of Venice.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift, which is only a disadvantage if you have heavy luggage.

  Great flat in a wonderfully central location just off a small square. We stayed for 4 nights and loved to sit on the balcony each evening with a glass of wine. Everything is on your doorstep and the apartment has everything you need. I used the sofa bed which is comfortable and Mariana had it all made up for us. Mariana is a lovely host supplying lots of useful information and even arranged for someone to meet us from the Alilaguna and take us to the flat. I will definitely stay here again x

  I loved everything about this place!!! The apartment is a great size, has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a terrace, and a balcony. Having a Proseco at night on the balcony was a big plus!!! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location can't be better, it is close to everything!!!
