  position is great. arriving and entering the apartment was easy and clear.

  What could be improved: The address wasn’t correct (it should be 1334C, not 1334) so it took some time to find the right entrance. Also one of the air conditioners was not working properly

  The apartment was nice and a good size
  
  What could be improved: The instructions for getting into the apartment were unclear and led us to a different apartment building on the same street. I reached out to the host via WhatsApp and did not hear back until the following day. I called a customer service number and was hung up on. We tried the code on every apartment building on the street until we got into the right one, otherwise we would have been without a place to stay the first evening.

  The location is very good, about 10 minutes by walk from the Main Tran Station, also it’s very clean and good prepared

  the quality-price, the cleanliness, the location and the spaciousness of the apartment.

  -check out too early compared to check in.
  -The hostess of the apartment, even knowing that we had been in Venice since 8AM and had not slept at all, did not let us check in earlier. Furthermore, she deceived us by telling us that there were lockers and when we arrived at the apartment the supposed lockers did not exist, she told you to leave your things on the street without any type of surveillance. Finally, check out was at 10AM and the hostess entered at 9AM without warning or knocking on the door. The apartment staff is rude.

  Fabulous location, convenient for arrival from the airport and just off the main Venice thoroughfare. Lovely and clean.
