  This localisation is an absolutem plus. Grocery, vaporetto, Giardini garden, historia city Centre and Lido beach- within mins on foot/vaporetto. Small garden you can see looks like Italian countryside.

  The apartment was clean and equipped with everything important. There is a supermarket near the apartment, water taxi stop and lot of restaurants and caffees within 5 minutes walk. There was a list of restaurants and places to visit provided by the owner and very friendly welcome by Matteo.

  The apartment was very good value for money. The area was quiet, the beds were comfortable. The host was amazing and kind, and we had a lovely stay

  Clean and nicely finished.. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good wi fi and air-conditioning. Location good..Outdoor space a bonus. We were shown into apartment and got a chance to gather a lot of information handy for our stay like water taxis, restaurant recommendations and nearest shops.

  The property was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, with great amenities and restaurants within very easy walking distance. The outdoor area was an added bonus. Matteo was courteous and very helpful. We highly recommend this property! We felt very well looked after.
