The location was perfect. It was a great experience.

All you can imagine was perfect. Greatly decorated rooftop room. San Marco Square is in 2 min distance by walk!! The flat was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was great with a microwave, an elegant and friendly host. Thank you Stefano!
What could be improved: You need to focus not to bump your head to the planks on the ceiling in the sidelines of the flat as it is a rooftop flat. You'll get used to it 🙂Jemilla from United Kingdom – 9 September 2024 (9/10)
The location was really good, key collection easy, when we asked for some toiletries they were left outside the door the next day, air con worked well, plenty of storage space
What could be improved: There were only 2 coffee pods to last the 2 of us the week but other than that very goodWilliam from United Kingdom – 13 June 2024 (9/10)
Fantastic location. Quiet street only moments from St Marks Sq.

The location was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were immaculate. Overall we were very pleased.
What could be improved: Low ceilings in the bedroom and we did not appreciate that the shower is not in a separate enclosure.Luke from Australia – 12 September 2023 (9/10)
Nice little room.
What could be improved: Only recommendation would be to maybe swap the two TVs between the living and the bedroom so the bedroom has the Netflix available. Not very useable for couples in the small living space for a lazy night. Other than that greatStefan from Romania – 21 August 2023 (9/10)
First of all if you haven't been to Venice before (like us) it will blow your mind even if you consider yourself well travelled. Now for an amazing trip such as this it is very, very important to have good, clean, central, quiet accommodation, especially if you travel with a family. Casanova Apartment is such a place (even though the name has a more promiscuous connotation but Casanova was Venetian) and it was perfect for us. The location is amazing, a mere 2 minutes slow walk to San Marco Square while Rialto Bridge is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Everything is close by (Venice isn't that big) from high end stores, local businesses, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores (the Spar 6 minutes away is the best for offer and prices in town), sights, transport options, you name it. This enabled us to visit Venice very comfortably (we were there in August) as we didn't have to walk too much to get to where we wanted and when we were feeling tired, needed a shower or wanted to have a quiet meal away from the crowds we just popped by "home". The good thing is that it is very central but on a quiet side street offshooting from the main tourist trail (also very convenient). Inside it is very cozy and homey and the pictures don't do it justice. It has a very modern but also vintage vibe, was very clean, comfortable, equipped with the essentials and more and even though it was in the attic of a building and the ceiling was low we liked it a lot (the tallest of us is 1.8 m). It's on the top floor of an old apartment building (all of Venice is old and very old) but everything was renovated from the stairs to the façade. The only problem was that the whole building was comprised of rentals so in the evening there was a little noise from the others downstairs as they came and left but nothing too bad (being on the top floor has its pros). All-in-all we will return to Venice and when we do we will surely check this apartment for availability.

location to shopping, restaurants, St. Mark’s square was awesome! communication with Stefano was great! washer and kitchen in unit and the property was spacious. not made for tall people (over 6’) as the ceilings are angled.
What could be improved: On the 4th floor with no lift. AC had little output. bathroom/shower all in one. I should have read the description more thoroughly but you can’t beat the location!Susanne from Monaco – 11 April 2023 (9/10)
The apartment is just very nice, clean and has everything you need.
Big thank you to Stefano, he was so helpful.
