  El primer día al llegar denoche fué algo dificil encontrar el apartamento, pero al día siguiente y con luz la ubicación es fantástica, en 10 minutos estás en rialto o en san marco.
  Un barrio muy chulo.

  L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, cosy et joliment décoré. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous. Il est très bien placé. La communication avec l'hôte est simple et très agreable.
  
  What could be improved: La douche est petite (attention à la tête si vous êtes grand) mais ça ne reste qu'un détail car la salle de bain est joli et très propre.

  Ground floor apartments are very rare in Europe. It was a pleasure not to have to climb stairs. Newly renovated so fresh and clean. Big bedroom. Host was responsive to questions and provided suggestions to help solve our problems. Very helpful.

  Gute Lage. Wir konnten Unterkunft sofort finden. Gute Anbindung an Wassertaxi und zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit Schlüsselcode.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen dunkel und trotz bemühter Einrichtung eher unwohnlich. Haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Möbel und Einrichtung eher sanierungsbedürftig und vom Hochwasser gezeichnet. Eher muffiger Geruch daher in allen Schränken Duftmittel etc.. Betreuung sehr unpersönlich.
