  Good location. The property was well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired. Shower pressure was barely a trickle, the toilet seat wasn’t properly attached to the toilet so it would come off every time I stood up.

  Easy location to find from central station short 5 minute walk. Very close to walk to st marks square boat taxi stop outside hotel 9 euro one way ticket or 25 euros for the day. Great communication with host who was very helpful
