  the location was easy to get to considering the streets of Venice, the location is walking distance from the main area, not far from the Rialto bridge. A map was provided in the room which was great as it was self check-in
  
  What could be improved: WIFI reception wasn't great but that maybe a Venice thing. TV in both bedrooms was not working or not easy to turn on (no major issue to be honest)

  Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants and a great bakery. Apartment was small but clean and sufficient for us.

  It was very nice apartment. Quite small, but with almost every necessity you could need. Pictures, mirrors and exposed brick wall were nice touches to make it feel special.
  
  What could be improved: Ants were there. Sometimes just the small ones on the floor, but sometimes also the bigger ones with wings, mostly in the bedroom next to the kitchen. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't very pleasant either when they fell from the ceiling to the bed.

  The appartment was perfect, with two bedrooms, very functional for a small appartment as is usual in Venice. It was very hot in Venice during our stay, so we benefited greatly from the powerful air conditioning system. Among other things, the additional bidet in the bathroom deserves a special mention. The apartment is very conveniently located, to Rialto Bridge 800 m, to Piazza San Marco 1 km, but the best is to the Vaporetto waterbus station it was only 350 m. We had a 3-day-ticket (per person 40 €, single ticket 7,50 €) and we used it very often to discover Venice and to cross the Grande Canale. The contact via WhatsApp was very helpful, mainly due to the technical problems of booking.com to forward the messages of Beatrice. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Venice.
  
  What could be improved: We didn't like things that are probably unavoidable in Venice. The small inner courtyard was only to be used for drying laundry, since the exhaust air from the air conditioning system went out there. But for drying laundry it was perfect 🙂

  Very good central location, easily accessed form nearby waterbus stop. Walkable distances to all major points of interest, an excellent bakery just around the corner – very handy for breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: The kettle had to be plugged in on the floor of the kitchen area owing to a broken socket at counter level.

  The apartment is clean, cozy and air-conditioned. The location is perfect – quiet and close to attractions. There is a store close by.

  What could be improved: Small apartment (typical Venice houses) a bit outdated interior walls, special in the bedroom coat paint start peeling, bricks loosing consistency and releasing granules falling on the floor, we kept sweeping every day.
