    An ideal accommodation in Venice: a really residential area with authentic atmosphere (Castello), a very quiet and cosy place. Lots of shops, a good supermarket Coop in 5 min walk, restaurants and cafes. The vaporetto station Ospedale in just 5-7 min walk. A nice terrace with a great view. A well-functioning air conditioning. A well-equipped kitchen. We will for sure book again for our next stay in Venice.

    What could be improved: A kettle to boil water would be a great plus. I understand that Italians don't drink tea, but other people like tea… It would also be good to have a microwave oven. Also important to note that there is no elevator in the house.

    The property is well situated it’s 6 minutes to St Marks square.

    What could be improved: The surrounding apartments which are only 2 made a lot of noise although I don’t think it was their fault but the walls being very thin , that was the worst part of it. Also the window in the bedroom would not open, not sure how they got around health and safety with that one.

    Le caractère authentique du quartier, le calme, la proximité de l accès aux vaporetti, la présence d un excellent resto tout près ainsi qu une boulangerie.

    What could be improved: L absence d un tapis antidérapant dans la douche ainsi que la lenteur de l écoulement des eaux.

    Die Lage ist gut, ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Bis zur nächsten Vaporetto-Station ist es nicht weit.

    What could be improved: Der Abfluss in der Dusche muss gereinigt werden, das Wasser läuft schlecht ab.
    Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küchenzeile funktioniert nicht.

    What could be improved: Il forte odore di fogna in bagno che è stato veramente fastidioso da sopportare.
    La doccia con la tenda.
    Gli asciugamani in spugna necessari per l’igiene personale erano scarsi, mancavano quelli per il bidet.
    Scarsa pulizia in soggiorno.
