  El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es fácil moverse por la zona, es pequeño pero muy bien distribuido.

  Arrivés en pleine nuit et en retard , nous étions attendus (cout 50 euros) comme annoncé .
  Un grand merci à Nicole d'avoir piloté jusqu'à 1h du matin notre arrivée et les contacts avec le taxi-boat.
  
  What could be improved: Pour les claustrophobes , malgré les 3 fenêtres, la situation au premier étage ne permet pas de voir le ciel , comme c'est souvent le cas dans la ville . En revanche, l'appartement, rénové récemment, est très bien éclairé pour compenser.

  The appartment is super central – just a 2 minutes walk from the Vaporetto Station 1/2 „S. Toma“. The perfect (!) location to enjoy Venice! 5-7 minutes walk to Rialto bridge – and really everything around the corner!
  
  All things went just smooth and perfect, the Check-in, check-out, the owner of the appartment is so hostile, nice and welcoming – we couldn‘t have had a better place to stay, everything‘s clean, we slept well (beds 👌 and no noise). There is everything in the appartment you need and after short time we felt like locals. Thank you! We‘ll recommend it to friends and are already planning our next stay! 🙏🏼

  What could be improved: The space is very small, staff wasn't very accommodating, you have to throw and clean up your own garbage before leaving.

  The apartment is just the right size and very tidy. Picking up the keys was easy, even though we got lost, the lady came to look for us at the place where we got lost. The apartment is just a walk away from the center. Friendly staff who speak good English.
