  The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and drying rack were nice to have.

  The apartment is very close to St. Marks Square and other amenities. We stayed as a group of three. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Fabio was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would stay again if we ever return to Venice.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance is poor. No light whatsoever and very unkempt. The railings on the stairs is also unsteady. People partying above our apartment could be heard easily.

  The location was ideal, just 5 minutes from St Marks Square. 😊
  The apartment was clean and well equipped (but could do with a full length mirror.)
  Communication with Rossana was excellent. She gave clear and precise directions on how to get to the apartment, including bus terminals and vaporetto stops etc.
  A most enjoyable stay in beautiful Venice! 😁
  
  What could be improved: Outside the entrance to the building was scaffolding, which is fine as jobs need to be done , but it needed a bit more light, maybe one on a sensor?
  It also smelt a bit musty as you entered but this could be due to works being carried out. 🤞

  The location was fabulous. Minutes from St Marks square. Fabio who met us was so helpful. He met us from the valporetta and showed the way to the apartment. Good and helpful communication from Rossana as well via WhatsApp.

  After booking this apartment, the owner contacted us and asked what kind of transport we would be using to travel to Venice. We have written that we will go by train. Then the owner sent us all the exact information on how to go to the property (including short videos with instructions)
  The property was very clean, air conditioning on, our family felt very comfortable in the property. I highly recommend and in the future if we are in Venice again, I will definitely try to book the same property.

  What could be improved: We were ok carrying our luggage but someone could have specified it clearly that there was no lift. The video instructions to get there were a bit sloppy, verbal instructions would have been clearer. Also better instructions for A/C and fans would have been welcome.
