  Very specious, everything we needed & so authentic so much better than a hotel. Real Italian feel ! Clean and all amenities. The location couldn’t be more Perfect to see Venice ! Our host Simon was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend them ! Thank you for making our Venice just perfect ! The little canal at the side was the perfect way to start as we saw a Gondala straight way and the they were singing ..we loved it x

  Perfect location – quiet during evenings, but close to main attractions in Venice. Very good contact with landlord, and rooms in the apartment were very cosy and well equipped.

  What could be improved: there was no hot water in the shower, we tried all the ways, and left it on for a while and it got lukewarm at best. also quite expensive but that’s what you get for a touristy area!

  The location was perfect, only a short walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. The beds were really comfortable, the living area really big and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of storage space for clothes and in the bathroom. Contact with the host was easy and we were met on arrival which made the whole process really easy and simple.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was a little cold and temperamental, and the upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the night! Other than that everything was perfect.

  The apartment is absolutely beautiful, we felt like living in a museum. It was also clean and had almost everything you would need. Self-check in and check-out worked well. The host was responding very fast and provided a detailed explanation on how to find the apartment. I can definitely recommend this place.
  
  What could be improved: Some suggestions what facilities could be added to make the stay even more comfortable:
  – a proper frying pan
  – additional towel in the kitchen (the one and only towel gets wet very fast)
  – additional rubbish bags
  – blanket covers that fit the size of the blanket for the guest on the sofa (we had 2 single-size blankets but one double-size cover)
  – curtains on the windows (windows of the neighbors are right in front of the apartment’s windows, you see every person there and they see you. It’s ok to close the shutters in the evening and at night but you want to have a daylight during the day)
  
  Anyway, our stay was comfortable and we recommend it to other tourists.
