  Easy checkin with super friendly staff. The room was very nice and cute. Bathroom clean and good. Kettle and fridge in the room. Refreshments (coffee/ biscuits) downstairs were a great touch. They offered to store our suitcases after check out (wasn’t needed for us). Great location- very close to St Marks and great food and shops around.
  
  What could be improved: A bit difficult to walk there from the train station but doable, or you could take the water bus (ferry). No lift up to room if that is a deal breaker.

  I loved the location. The hotel is very nice and the staff at reception were very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately it is company policy (apparently)to start cleaning the rooms around 8:30am and the staff have no consideration for people still sleeping when check out is at 11am. They were very noisy to say the least. I advise ear plugs if you require a lay in..
