  The appartement was clean and spacious. Located just a few minutes walk from the waterbus stop ,it made it really easy to move around the islands. There's another waterbus stop on the Giudecca island, just 15min walk from the appartement from where you can go directly to the airport. Really convinient!

  Sehr ruhige Lage abseits der großen Touristenströme. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in die sechs Stadtviertel Venedigs da sie in der Nähe einer Vaporetto-Station liegt. Sehr gute und bodenständige Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.
  
  What could be improved: Wir hätten uns gerne die Vivaldi-CD, die in der Wohnung bereit gestellt wurde, angehört oder im Radio Nachrichten verfolgt aber leider war kein Gerät vorhanden. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben.

  L’emplacement était assez reculer nous croyons que c’était au calme mais loin de là beaucoup de bruit aux alentours avec les locataires
  
  What could be improved: Les photos sur le site sont largement trompeuses, l’état lamentable du bâtiment et de l’appartement est loin de ce qu’on voit sur les photos. Je crois que la prochaine fois il faudrait peut-être mieux lire les commentaires car question qualité prix ça ne vaut absolument pas la peine. L’état de délabrement été largement avancé. Je ne recommande absolument pas
