  Excellent apartment in Venice. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the train station and the vaporetto stops on the Grand Canal. A good supermarket just across the neighbouring canal and a bakery, bar, and restaurant nearby. The host was prompt, friendly, and helpful

  What could be improved: Probably just the location. It was not “particularly far “from major attractions (90% of which are around San Marco Square), but the 1.8km/25min walk each day really adds up if you stay over a couple of days. The distance also means resting up in the middle of the day is really not a choice.
  
  Lastly just a reminder from my personal experience: when you try to go to the apartment for the first time, DO NOT. search by the address listed on Booking; you will be badly lost on the opposite side of the San Croce district. Search by Nina Venice Apartments instead.

  Clean and tidy, the app is in a quitet area close to the Railway and Bus station. Useful shop nearby. Wonderful and welcoming hostesses that acted quickly to our requests. ❤️
