  Lovely experience. The hotel is amazing, giving you the feeling that you go back in time.
  The location is near the Piazzale Roma, from where you can take easily the bus to the airport or go for the vaporetto for visiting Murano and Burano.
  The room was great, big bed, small bathroom but fitting everything.
  Cleaning and changing towels everyday.
  Nice and polite personal.
  Lots of breakfast choices.
  Experience to be repeated here.

  We loved having a view of the Canal, the friendly staff, the floe of the hotel and the closeness of the hotel to Piazzale Roma. The breakfast was delicious and the room authentic within its surroundings. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

  Beautiful location. Lots of comfortable communal sitting areas. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast room had a beautiful view of the garden area. I need to eat gf and the staff – particularly the mid length blond hair staff member ( so sorry I did not get her name) brought me a basket of gf breads, muffins, and cookies each morning. Breakfast spread was great. Friendly reception.
  
  What could be improved: The room was smaller than anticipated. Our canal view looked out straight onto the bridge. So anyone on the bridge could look into our room.
  Some on the bridge even laughingly greeted us.

  Great quiet location not right on the tourist trail.
  Staff were great with helpful insights about what to do and where to eat. The breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. I read a review of a man wishing there was bar here and there is now a bar here which goes to show they really listen to reviews of past customers and take them on board. We were given the exact room we chose when we booked with the view of the canal.
