  Good communication and very easy check in. Good location for water taxi. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Apartment was a good size. Fabio was very helpful with apartment and local information.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioning makes quite alot of noise and makes abit of condensation. However this is in the bathroom so can be closed off from living area.

  A very attentive host. We had arranged a check-in time in advance. We were expected. Everything in the room is excellent. Everything is clean, all the necessary amenities are present. I would add information on how to sort the waste (buckets 3, but how (by type) to separate – not clear). But this did not affect the quality of the vacation. It is rather a concern for the host, because he then needs to divide it in the right way. We are thankful for a wonderful place for a vacation in Venice. Recommended.

  Fabio was an excellent host and apartment was only a short walk from water taxi and Venice centre, quite location very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
