  I liked everything very much. The apartments are large with spacious rooms and everything you need. excellent communication with the manager, he was always in touch!

  Spacious clean and comfortable
  
  What could be improved: No duvet covers.
  Only sheets on the bed. But found duvets without linen covers in the wardrobes so not too big of an issue.
  It was not warm enough to sleep with only a sheet.

  The apartment was spacious and was great for my family of 4. The apartment is located in Dorsoduro and was a nice escape from all the crowds. It’s located near a large square which was very nice. Plenty of cafes, restaurants etc to choose from
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t like that there was no coffee provided. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods. Some water upon arrival would have been a nice touch. Other than that I had no complaints.

  Great location, spacious clean apartment on the first floor.
  Overall facilities were excellent, from the easy self check-in to our departure.
  
  Good cooking & dining area & two large sofas for lounging. Comfy beds.
  
  Washing machine, tumble drier, clothes horse, iron, ironing board all supplied.
  
  Each room was soundproofed!!
  
  What could be improved: A book to explain the workings of everything would have been great.
  
  TV didn’t work at all, unfortunately.
  In addition, main electricity trip switch went twice, an awkward & inconvenient fix.
  
  Hand soap & a detergent tablet or two would also have been appreciated, though dishwasher tabs were supplied.
  
  Would not let any of these stop me staying again!!

  We had a great stay for New Year's Eve. Fantastic location that is close to everything, but in a quieter neighborhood that is more locals vs. tourists. The apartment is spacious with plenty of space for a family of four. It was well stocked, very clean, and quiet.
  
  The host, Marco, was extremely responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay there the next time we go to Venice.
