  It is in a great location, an easy walk to very touristy parts of Venice.
  
  What could be improved: We did not find it clear on the booking that this apartment did not have AC. The apartment even looked like it had AC controls in it, but did not. Being there in mid August, we decided this was a dealbreaker for us and we could not stay in this apartment with the heat and humidity as it was. There is a wonderful hotel right around the corner (Hotel Casa Verardo) that we ended up booking a stay at for the same price as this apartment, and we would highly recommend this.

  The location and the safety are not bad. There is a small grocery store on the intersection
  
  What could be improved: The towels they provided were wet. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room even I had already closed all the windows. There was no trash can, shampoo, and body wash in the bathroom.
