  The location was very good . Easy to get to main attractions.
  
  What could be improved: Wi-Fi was intermittent. It would be useful to have a tea towel and cloth for wiping surfaces but this is a minor issue .

  Amazing location!! And really enjoyed the balcony to sip a cup of coffee outside in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! Very spacious place for a family of 4 as well!
  Overall great value for money especially in a city that is so expensive but so worth it to enjoy! Minutes from St Mark’s square!
  Brilliant communication and tips on how to get there. And very flexible check in and check out suited to our travel needs! I would definitely recommend this place for value for money!

  The flat is cozy – 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious living room. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. For us it was fine.
  The bathroom has a window and while you brush your teeth you can enjoy the view. The towers of St. Marc Cathedral.
  The location is close to Rialto and St. Marco square. Nearby is a laundry and a luggage storage place.
  
  What could be improved: It was very cold in the flat. The heating was on, but it couldn't warm up the place.
  It would be nice to have:

  – small oven

  What could be improved: The apartment was on the 3rd floor, be aware most buildings in Europe don’t have an elevator so if you have big luggage, it’s a struggle to get it up to the room. AC and fan were weak, couldn’t properly cool off the 2 rooms and living room, could have been better with a fan for each room. The mattress were also very hard and uncomfortable. We only stayed for a couple of days so we dealt with it.

  Las camas muy cómodas, buen baño, encontramos agua para tomar en la nevera, muy cerquita de la Plaza de San Marcos, muchos restaurantes cerca.
