The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully arranged — this isn’t a place where you’ll be lounging around all day, but that’s sort of the point when you’re in Venice.   The apartment is big and very clean!
  The location is the best near Rialto bridge an San Marco Basilica! Easy to get the keys. We got very clear instructions.
  It was amazing stay!
  I am very recomend this property!
  Just some small things we missed – microwave, small pot and bottle opener. We are in Italy and drinking wine!

  What could be improved: Limpieza, muy justa, casi no habia utensilis de cocina una sarten y una olla grande, platos y vasos normal
  Tube que calentar la leche en la olla enorme
  No hay microondas!! Creo que es bàsico !!
  Tube que comprar un jabon para los platos!!
  Si hubiese estado el jabon y unos estropajos en condicienes hubiese sido mejor!!
  Solo desayunamos allí y Tube que tostar el pan en la sarten y calenta la leche en una olla enorme
  En el baño habia un insecticida en espray y sinceramente, me parecio raro
  Por la noche nos picaron los mosquitos como si no hubiese un mañana!!!
  Entonces lo entendi
  Creo que un poco de mantenimiento, no hiria mal
  Però un microondas es basico, y si hay tostadora!!! Mejor

  Location. Good and swift response from host.
  
  What could be improved: Can be noisy. Weird light at the entrance. Toilet seat was loose. Bit of a stuffy smell. Shower lukewarm. Very basic equipment and decoration. But neat and clean. Bit pricey for it's quality… But location…

  Great location with very responsive and helpful hosts! The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was good. Shower as a little small but had good water pressure and temp and the rest of the bathroom was nice. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be equipped with everything needed to make basic meals. I didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms but didn't have any major complaints.
  
  What could be improved: The flashing LED lights when trying to enter the room were quite obnoxious, and there were some very strong unpleasant odors in the hallways leading to the room. But I didn't have any real complaints about the room itself.
