  A beautiful, roomy 3-bed apartment, with charm and style, and very close to shops, sights and ferry stops.
  Pietro our host – although we didn't meet him – was very good at communicating on phone and WhatsApp. He was full of good recommendations and always invited us the ask about anything we needed or was unsure about.

  First, I was very impressed by the host, Pietro. From the moment I booked the apartment, many months ago, he was available on WhatsApp for any question I had (and I had many). He provided a lot of useful information about Venezia and helped solve any issue we had. the apartment is big, and can easily host 6-8 people. rooms have double beds. 2 bathrooms were very important for our big family and were modern and renovated. Hot water was enough for all 6 of us. The location is a bit far from the center, but it meant that it was less crowded and allowed us to discover local restaurants and bars in the area that tourists normally don't find. The apartment is clean and has everything that you need.
  if you need to do laundry, better to bring your own detergent or buy locally. Pietro gave us very detailed instructions how to find the apartment and how to get there, as well as recommended restaurants in the area. Since it is August many places were closed but still, it was good to get this information.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that I can think of is the WIFI password that is very very long. when we needed to connect 6-7 devices it became a bit annoying to insert such long passwords. I am sure this can be easily changed. other than this everything was great.
