  Rita, our host communicated very well. Great location, near a supermarket and restaurants also near the Biennale. Close enough to the main centre of Venice for the attractions but far enough away to have less tourists. The apartment was very clean with all that we needed. The shower was fantastic. We loved the apartment and would highly recommend it and will stay again next time we are in Venice.

  Location is great closer to the real Venice, plenty of room, clean and everything you need to cook a meal, fridge and newly remodel. We liked the area for food and drinks as well
  
  What could be improved: There is a hard rule on check out at 10am or before…Our train didn't leave until later in the afternoon so we paid for a hotel to hold our bags until noon beside that everything has absolutely great
