  The location was amazing close to San Zaccaria, San Marco Square, & Santa Maria Formosa, was lots of choice for restaurants, laundromat, & Mini Mart. Easy to find our way around. Amenities were also good.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioner filters needed cleaning & shower head had build up of calcium so not much water coming through.

  This is a beautiful apartment in a great location! The furnishings and decor were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked beautifully. We weren't there enough to really enjoy the kitchen, but it had all the amenities, including a full refrigerator. We made use of their washing machine and drying rack, and were grateful for their ease of use. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful location right next to a canal.

  big bedroom for us, the shower not small either. it has good space.. they picked us up at waterbus station san zaccaria (closest one to the apartment)
  
  What could be improved: many mosquitos, but maybe its like that in venice.. because the houses is located beside canal. little far from waterbus station but maybe it because we brought many luggages and our room at second floor, next time we should bring small luggages. the kitchen is really small but it doesnt matter for us, they have 4 seated dining table in other room
