  The location is great. It is very close to the Venice train station. It only took me 5 mins walk to arrive. The host messaged me detailed location so that I have no problem to find it. It is in a quiet and beautiful community with lots of restaurants nearby. The washing machine is integrated with dryer so that we can laundry our clothes during middle of our trip. The apartment is sparking clean. The appliances are very new. We were enjoying our stay.

  The location was good, very close to the train station. It is a quiet neighbourhood, the house decoration is fully furnished in the style of an Italian house.
  
  What could be improved: We had difficulty finding the place, later a person met us and took us to the house where we would stay. There was no dishwasher, there was a coffee machine but no coffee.

  The appartment is well located and nicely equipped. All kitchen equipment and furnitures in general are nice and clean. It's 5 minutes walking distance from train station and boat. The person in charge is super nice and helpful and giving lots ot tips and informations.
  
  What could be improved: The bed is the main room is nice but the 2 beds in living room are good for kidss but not for adults.
