  Location, location, location. Fast WiFi.
  
  What could be improved: Could not control the heating. Bathroom very small and cramped. Landlord unreachable (because of internet problems). No place for luggage at day of departure.

  The location is amazing!
  Check in via lockbox was easy.
  It's only up one flight of stairs.
  It is super close to San Marcos square and easy to get to from the San Marco Vaporetto station!
  This place is about Location! Location! Location.
  
  What could be improved: Be careful with plugging in the hair dryer. It smoked when plugged in – so we didn't use it. This is a very old building as everything I'm Venice is! It's quaint and cozy, but it was dusty when we arrived.
  Perhaps not a great value for the price, but you're paying for location!

  What could be improved: No lights in the building, quite dark if you walk alone and try to open the door, in general in Venice in the streets are quite dark. Also there have been quite noisy due to the rennovation works in the neighbouring apartment.

  The apartment is very close to San Marco vaporetto station (2 minutes if you know exactly the way)
  A coffee shop just next to the entrance on the street to grab a snack, a coffee or water
  In the night is very nice to go out to eat. Many restaurants anywhere
  The apartment is clean and has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave if you need

  The most think I liked is the location of the appartement and how comfortable it was.
  
  What could be improved: There weren't actually many things to complain about. The only thing was that there was dust on the dishes and glasses because it seemed like they haven't been used for a while.
