  The location was perfect. It was walking distance to everything and it a quieter area without all the tourists. The place was also very nice , comfortable and clean. It also had air conditioning which was needed in early June. It took us a few hours to find the air conditioner and make it work since you had to vent it out the window but it worked well.
  
  What could be improved: The only things I would recommend to the property would be to work on the keys for the front door. The door stuck and it was tricky to open the front door. Also, instructions for the air conditioning would have been helpful. The property was really great though. Quirky and interesting.

  Quiet location, not in the centre but close enough. Very clean apartment. Nice and comfortable beds. We were provided with 2 sets of keys, which was very convenient since we were 2 couples staying there.

  Even though we stayed only for 1 night, there were extra toilet rolls in the apartment & powder for washing cloths.
  
  What could be improved: The extra beds were comfortable but they were outside the bathroom with no wall to separate them. The separation was done with see-through curtains. This would be fine for a family of 4 persons, but not for 2 couples.

  This place is just perfect. It's cosy as it claims and is super homey and spacious, but it also still looks stylish, and there are so many little details to discover. The host was very helpful and friendly, and you could tell he cared that you enjoyed your stay to the fullest. My group also loved the location, which is close to a street full of restaurants and a park and is outside of the super crowded and loud parts of Venice. The loft had enough mirrors for all of us girls. The kitchen was fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and the host left basic condiments and coffee with instructions on how to use a moka express, which is very thoughtful. Overall me and my friends could not wosh for more.
