  Excellent spacious apartment in a great location. Very authentic Venetian. A quiet area close to the canal and the amenities. Greeted on arrival, very friendly hosts.
  
  What could be improved: A few of the kitchen items could do with renewing, but still a great place to stay.

  Excellent and comfortable stay. The place is about 10 mins walk from the train station. The host shared with us all details and checkin was very easy.
  Only suggestion I have for the host is to include shower gel / bath soap as that was missing and many travelers assume basic toiletries will be available.

  It was very hard to find and a person on the street had to help us because it took so long. The stairs going up was very dark and dangerous according to the host there was a switch but couldn’t find it.

  Very central location; you might need a porter to help you with your luggage from the train station or hop on the water taxi. Apartment was larger than expected and very comfortable with the A/C. Hosts were very responsive. Great location!
  
  What could be improved: Shower was tiny, you have to be careful maneuvering, so you don't slip. Apartment is on a higher floor (3rd, i think), so pack light, as there's no elevator.

  The place was beautiful, we were right next to a pier in Venice which was so nice. It was a great location right in the center of Venice so it was easy to get around once we were settled in.
  
  What could be improved: We had some slight electricity problems during our stay, but the staff was so kind and very hands on in fixing the issue. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay, though the shower size was a little interesting.
