  What could be improved: The plastic shower curtain was disgusting. The washer does not spin dry, so if you want to wash your clothes, plan on them being wet for at least 2 days.

  Great location. Charming space in the middle of venice. Very quiet in the evening. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
  
  What could be improved: The headroom is limited. Being 190 cm I just didn't fit. If you are taller than about 5' 11' you will have to duck throughout. I realize it was designed when the human race was much smaller overall. Heads up.

  Fantastic Location

  What could be improved: Bathroom shower tiles did not look clean and mosaic tiles were cracked in a way that would not allow for thorough cleaning. the shower had a shower curtain which was dirty and mouldy and smelled. it was not the most hygienic option for an apartment rental and we did not feel comfortable using the shower after previous guests.
  
  The apartment advertised a washing machine but it was super old and we could not get it working. there were no instructions and none online either for that washer model. this was very frustrating as we are a family with kids and we booked this place as it advertised a washing machine facility.
  
  The apartment does not seem to have working air conditioning – the unit on a wall in the lounge did not work. Again no instructions. As a result we had to sleep with windows open and we were all badly bitten by mosquitoes each night.

  The keys were very easy to find as they were put in a location where the shuttle drops people off from the airport and it wasn't that difficult to carry our 20kg luggage through Venice to reach the apartment. The location wasn't as close to tourist attractions but it was a lovely walk to get from one place to another with luggage storages being near
  
  What could be improved: It was an excellent stay with only one issue which was resolved instantly. On our last night, we returned to find that our apartment had no electricity unlike the rest of the flats in the complex. This was quickly resolved by calling the organization and having to switch a few flips here and there, very simple.
