  Can’t believe how big and spacious this apartment is for the price. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted, including extra spices, oil, laundry detergent from previous guests. The 3 bedrooms had lots of storage room. It is an easy walk from the train station, but far enough away to escape the noise and tourism. Terrific supermarket within a couple minutes walk, and nice restaurant on the nearby canal. A wonderful place for a family to stay, with a very nice host.
  
  What could be improved: The host changed the pick-up for the keys last minute. Make sure you check your notifications right before receiving the keys.

  We loved how big and spacious the apartment was! The main bedroom was massive and had space for two big suitcases. The kitchen and living area was comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and had a great sized shower. It was also in a fantastic location – close enough to walk to the train station, close to the ferries to get to the other islands, in a relatively quieter part of Venice but still had tons of great food options. We particularly enjoyed Dodo cafe for breakfast/lunch and Agli Archi for dinner. We had a few issues getting into our apartment at first (inexperience with European locks) and the host was responsive and sending someone over to help despite not speaking English.
  
  What could be improved: Not much – it was up two flights of stairs and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak but this was okay for the time we were staying.

  Excellent Location just 10 min walk from St Lucia Station, close to Water bus stops (Tre archi, Crea and Gugile),
  Supermarket and restaurants. This 3 bedroom Apartment is very clean and well maintained with all the facilities you need like AC, kitchen with utensils for cooking, Dishwasher, Washing machine, kettle , Vacuum cleaner etc.
  Note: apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator also pick up location for the apartment keys is different (5 min walk to actual location of the apartment) and AC is only in the central hall not in bedrooms
  
  What could be improved: not much of complaint but response from the Host was not immediate had to wait a day or two and had to constantly send a reminder to respond.

  Big apartment with three bedrooms in a quiet location in Venice. Great to have a living room separate to the kitchen and dining table. Washing machine also good to have. Would happily stay there again.

  it has 3 separated rooms and one living room and a separate kitchen. 2 key for maximal freedom. very nice and friendly reception by Federica. clean.

  The property was close to the train station and a water taxi station. It was within east walking distance to all the features to see in Venice. The apartment was spacious and had some handy appliances.
  
  What could be improved: No lift. a few flights of stairs up. There were some mosquitoes about, but without the windows open, it was stuffy. The shower had reasonable pressure but the hand held shower had to be hand held, it would not stay up on the holder. A cash tourist tax was required which cost me more money due to fees l had to pay for cash conversion. TV only had Italian chanels – it wasn’t a smart tv.
