  The location is unbeatable…the view of the Grand Canal, the bridge over the Grand Canal and the Waterbus stop feet from the apartment and even a nice little restaurant on that square too.

  Emplacement idéal, à 50 m de l'Academia et du Grand Canal. terrasse très agréable avec une petite vue sur le Canal, on entend d'ailleurs les vaporetti, l'arrêt étant à moins de 100 m.

  What could be improved: L'escalier desservant la chambre sous les toits est constitué de boites en bois, c'est assez esthétique mais nécessite d'avoir l'équilibre, il n'y a pas de rembarde, les photos le montrent bien, il n'y a donc pas de surprise, il faut juste y penser avant de louer cet appartement.
  
  Certaines ampoules des lampes de la chambres étaient HS, ce n'est pas très grave mais il faudrait que le propriétaire les vérifie de temps en temps…
