  The location was right across the street from San Basilio Terminal where our cruise ship came in. Beautiful fun local neighborhood. Great AC. Venice is warm in August. We kept the AC Zone low when we were in the apartment and the entire place was refreshingly cool. Great water pressure and ample hot water for two persons to shower. Cute courtyard where we had breakfasts each morning. Having a washing machine and courtyard clothes line was a big plus!

  Appartement très bien situé dans un immeuble calme et très propre la cuisine fonctionnelle est bien équipée,le coin repas salon est lumineux, joliment décoré et donne une ambiance chaleureuse. La literie est très confortable. La petite terrasse doit être bien appréciable aux beaux jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

  Appartement à la déco soignée , spacieux , très bien équipé , literie confortable, petite terrasse extérieure agréable, quartier calme et à 2 pas de lieux ambiancés du Dosoduro , arrêt vaporreto et commodites à 5 min et à 20 min à pieds de la place San Marco.
  Géolocalisation très facile à l’arrivé et hôtesse très aimable pour vous accueillir
  Je viens d’y passer un agréable séjour d’une semaine et vivement je recommande
